Since 2015, we have gotten the city to allocate approximately $23 million to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund! Thousands of units of affordable housing have been the result!

Almost 3,000 families have been able to stay in their homes, as the result of a $6 million allocation to emergency rental assistance we were able to get Mayor Stoney to make in the summer of 2020 (from the city’s CARES Act funding).

Over 400 families benefited through the Eviction Diversion Program we won in 2019, by receiving financial assistance, counseling, and keeping an eviction off their record.

106 low-income, job seekers completed the VCU Pathways Program we won, that started in June of 2018. This is a pipeline to in demand healthcare careers with work readiness and mentorship components.
